Is there an invoice in the package?
Orders we ship do not include an invoice or packing slip. However, you will receive the invoice by e-mail. We stopped printing and sending packing slips because it saves ink, energy and paper. It is more sustainable!
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Bandits and Angels one business day before delivery. This e-mail will state that your order has been successfully shipped and will also contain the track & trace details for you to follow the delivery.
Delivery to another address
In the ordering process we ask for your own address details. Would you like to have it delivered somewhere else? Then check "Different delivery address" after entering your address. You can then enter a different delivery address or choose a PostNL parcelshop.
You can order custom-made products from us, such as a chin protecter, name stickers or engraved parts. Do you have a main product in the shopping cart? Then the available customization products will be shown as matching accessories.
Unfortunately we do not have festive gift paper to wrap your order. Due to the logistic process, this is not possible. However, all packages are wrapped in neutral brown wrapping paper, so all orders are shipped unrecognizable.
Parcels sent unrecognizable
Why do we ship all packages unrecognizable? We can imagine that you are ordering a gift for your child who is not allowed to see it yet. When the door is opened for the mailman, the little recipient will not realize that there is a gift inside for him/her.
Who delivers our packages?
We ship all packages by default with PostNL, one of Europe's leading service providers in the letter and parcel market.
Track & trace
As soon as we have prepared your order for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace from PostNL. This will be active in the evening at the latest, giving you an indication of the delivery time a day before. When the package is on its way with the deliverer you will see a final time slot.
Delivery days and times
PostNL delivers our packages Monday through Saturday between 8:00 and 21:30 hours. We have no influence on the time period PostNL delivers your package.
Not at home, what happens then?
When PostNL cannot deliver the parcel to your home, it will be offered to your neighbors. If that also fails, PostNL will deliver it to a parcelshop. PostNL will no longer leave a note. How do you know where to pick up your package? You will receive an e-mail from PostNL or you can find it in the PostNL app if you have one. We have no further influence on PostNL's delivery process.
Delivery during the holidays
Even around holidays and memorial days, we strive to deliver your package on time. You can help us by placing your order in time for a holiday. Please note any changes in the delivery schedule of PostNL due to busy times. PostNL will always keep you informed via track & trace.
You have a legal trial period of 14 days. At Bandits and Angels we give you a trial period of 100 days to return a product.
Please consider the following return conditions:Return your order in the same way as you received it. So packed in the original packaging and with all accessories and any additional gifts. You can not return custommade products like chin protectors and stickers. Please do not write addresses or other text on original packaging in any way. Tip: Use a garbage bag or plastic bag to protect the original packaging and return it undamaged. Here you can also attach the address label with the return address. The original packaging must not be taped. Your order can not be assembled or used, you can only take the product out of the packaging and look at it.

The shipment costs of the return are to be borne by you.
Do you no longer have the original box/packaging? Or has the product been assembled? Then we will refund 75% of the purchase price.
Please note that used products can no longer be returned.
Can I return custommade products?
Custommade products, such as a chinprotectors, name stickers or engraved parts, are excluded from return or exchange. It is a custom product and we make it specially upon request.
Can I swap my order?
Unfortunately an order cannot be swapped, it can only be returned. If you wish to receive a different item, you must place a new order.
How quickly will my money be reimbursed?
Once we have received your return shipment in good order at our return address, the amount paid will be transferred back into your account. We will refund your money within two business days. You will receive a confirmation from us when we have refunded your money.
Received incorrect item
We apologize if you have received a wrong or damaged article! This is of course not our intention. We will solve this as soon as possible, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can choose from several payment methods. Whichever you choose, your data is always secure. You can see this by the lock that appears in your browser. And instead of 'http' in front of our web address, 'https' will appear.
How does prepayment work?
When you choose the prepayment option, you will receive an invoice with our account information. Please transfer the payable amount due to this account. In the Netherlands it takes on average one business day before the money is received by us. For Belgium this may take a little longer, on average three business days. As soon as we have received and processed the payment, we proceed to ship the order. If you wish to receive an order the next day, we recommend choosing a payment method where the money is transferred directly.
Can I also pay afterwards?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The payment must be made in full to us before we can ship the products.
