Privacy policy applies to all personal details processed by Dutch Bandits BV of everyone who has (ever) been in contact with Dutch Bandits BV.

Personal details that we process:
Dutch Bandits BV processes your personal details as a result of you using our services and/or because your provide them to us yourself.

Please find below an overview of the personal details we process in order to be able to implement our agreement with you. We collect, for instance:
- First name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth (optional)
- Name of child (optional)
- Newsletter (optional)
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Details with regard to your activities on our website

Particular and/or sensitive personal details that we process

Our website and/or service is not intended to collect details from website visitor below the age of 16 years old. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. We are not able though to check whether a visitor is older than 16 years old. Therefore, we recommend parents to be involved with the online activities of their children, in order to prevent that details about their children are collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected details regarding your minor without this consent, please contact us via our contact form, whereupon we will delete this information.

In some cases, we process details of third parties, for instance when someone has an order shipped to your home directly. In this case, we will obtain your name and address details.

Dutch Bandits BV processes your personal details for the following purposes:

- To be able to call or email you, if necessary in order to be able to carry out our services

- Dutch Bandits BV also processes personal details if we are legally obliged to do so, for instance with respect to details we may need for our tax declaration 
- To be able to implement requests concerning warranty and service 

Automated decision-making
Dutch Bandits BV will not take decisions on the basis of automated processing, with regard to matters that may have (significant) consequences for persons. 

How long do we keep the personal details
Dutch Bandits BV will keep your personal details no longer than strictly required to realise the purposes for which we collected them. The details are necessary to be able to implement the agreement that you entered into with us. On the basis of legislation, we are required to keep details related to your order, for a duration of 7 years.

Sharing personal details with third parties
Dutch Bandits BV will provide your details to third parties only and exclusively when this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement, or in order to fulfil a legal obligation. In case of direct delivery from our supplier, logistic partners (e.g. Postnl). They will be given your name and delivery address. This information is required to be able to make the delivery.  

Customer reviews
Reviews will help you and other customers to make the right purchases and are part of the purchasing process. When you write a review, for which we will send you a request after you have received the product, we will post it only after having received your permission. When writing a review, you choose to have your own name mentioned on the website or to remain anonymous. Reviews are important for our customers and we will retain the reviews until you ask us to remove them.

Details: gaining insight, adjusting, or removal
You have the right to access to your personal details and to correct them or remove them. In addition, you are entitled to withdraw any permission for details processing or to object to the processing of your personal details by Dutch Bandits BV and also you have the right to transferability of details. This means that you can request us to send the personal details we have of you in a computer file, to yourself or some other organisation, named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, removal, transferring of your personal details or a request for withdrawal of your permission or an objection to the processing of your personal details to the previously mentioned address or via the contact form.

In order to make sure that the request for access was actually done by you, we will ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with your request. In this copy you should black out your photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), identification document number and National Insurance Number (Ni). This to protect your privacy. We will reply to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest.

How do we protect personal details
Dutch Bandits BV takes the protection of you details very seriously and takes appropriate measures in order to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental disclosure and unauthorised changes.
