Choose a delivery date yourself
Step 2 of the ordering process automatically mentions the next possible delivery date. Would you like to have your order delivered at a different date, then you can easily select the desired date in the calendar. In connection with logistic reasons, you can plan three months ahead.
Is there an invoice included in the package?
Orders we ship do not include invoices, but do include a packing slip. On our first packing slip, only the delivery address is mentioned and which specific product was sent (without price). If the recipient is not the person who placed the order, he or she will not know who the package came from. When the recipient makes enquiries from us about the sender, we will first contact the sender.
How can I be sure that my order was sent?
In order to keep you optimally informed, Bandits & Angels will send an email one day prior to the delivery, so as to confirm delivery. This email will state that the order was successfully sent and will also mention the track-and-trace code, enabling you to follow the shipment.
Delivery at a different address?
That is a possibility. During the ordering process, you can initially fill in your own address details and subsequently, at the bottom of this page, you will find an additional option "Different delivery address”. When you check the box, you can indicate a different delivery address.
Many products are packed in big boxes that are suitable for shipment. Wrapping with gift paper is not possible in connection with possible damage to the gift wrap during shipment.
Track & trace
On the day before the planned delivery, you can follow your order via the Postnl website. From 8.00 pm an indication of the delivery time will be shown. You can view this via the link you received, after we packed and shipped your order.
Not at home, what happens?
When POSTNL is not able to deliver the package at your home, on Tuesday through Saturdays, it will be presented to your neighbours, as standard. If that also turns out to be impossible, PostNL will offer the package a second time. If, in this instance, neither you nor your neighbours are available, a note will be put into your letterbox. This note will state where you can pick up the delivery during the next three weeks.
Delivery to neighbours
All orders are delivered with neighbour-delivery as standard. This means that if you are not at home, POSTNL will attempt to deliver the package to one of your neighbours. Unfortunately we cannot influence which neighbour this will be. If you don't wish your neighbours to receive the package, you should indicate this in the field 'comments' in the ordering process.
Delivery during (seasonal) holidays
Also around the holidays, we strive to deliver your package in time. You can help us by placing your order timely before any holiday. Take into account possible changes in the POSTNL delivery schedule. The planned delivery date is also always mentioned in the ordering process. Who delivers our packages
As standard, we ship all our packages with POSTNL, one of Europe's leading service providers in the letters and packages market.
Delivery days and -times
POSTNL delivers our packages from Monday to Saturday, from 8.00 am until 7.30 pm.
You have a legal trial period of 14 days. At Bandits & Angels we offer you a trial period of 100 days during which you can return a product.

The shipment costs of the return are to be borne by you. For the complete conditions, we refer to our own general terms.
Can I swap my order?
If you wish to swap an item, it must be returned (this can be done through the contact form). In order to receive the right article, you must place a new order.
How quickly will my money be reimbursed?
As soon as we have received your package in good order at our return address, the amount paid minus the shipment costs will be reimbursed into your bank account. We will reimburse your money within 2 workdays. You will receive a confirmation from us immediately after we reimbursed the money.
Received incorrect item
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item. We are sorry about this and will solve this problem as soon as possible. Please use the contact form
There are 2 possible ways of making a payment. The easiest and safest way is via Ideal. In addition to Ideal you can opt for "prepayment". In that case you need to pay the sum into our bank account. Your details will be protected. This can be noticed by the padlock in your browser and https appearing in front of our web address as opposed to http.
When you choose the option of prepayment, you pay the payable amount into our bank account by use of the invoice details, which you will receive after completion of your order. Only when a Rabobank account is used, we can guarantee that the product will be sent the very next day (if payment was made before 4.00 pm). In case of any other bank, it will take 1 workday on average before the payment is received by us and the product can be sent. For Belgium, this is approximately 3 workdays before we receive the money into our bank account. Should you wish to receive the product the next day, then we recommend that you opt for other ways of payment.
Can I also pay afterwards?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The sum must have been paid in full before we can send the products.
